Cove Lodge is a breathtaking new detached dwelling house built to the rear of no. 2 Temple Crescent and access by a new private driveway. Permission was granted in mid 2019 on the backland plot for a split level dwelling house with a semi- basement lower garden level of approximately 2,500ft2.

Construction started in late 2019 and the house was completed in late 2020 and sold prior to completion to its new owners who put their own stamp on the interiors customising the property to suit themselves.

The design is in the modernist-style with low-key luxury interiors based on a simple palette of natural woods, dark colours while natural lighting pulls it all together with exceptional 3metre floor to ceiling glazing in the living room and kitchen areas.

The new house achieved an A BER rating with air to water heat pumps with underfloor heating and full house heat recovery ventilation and externally the house is finished in an acrylic silicone based render and aluminium thermally broken triple glazed units giving the house clean modern lines and a low maintenance finish.
