Brinnin Homes recently finished a 3900 sq. foot renovation of an existing period house on Knapton Road in Monkstown. The renovation also included an extension and the addition of a separate gym/office in the gardens which were professionally landscaped to include a large patio and entertainment space. 

The house consists of five large bedrooms, a hobby room, study, playroom, living room and a large spacious modern open plan kitchen dining area which was hand crafted. 

The house was finished to an extremely high standard throughout including triple glazed windows, under floor heating, elegant wall panelling and herring bone flooring.  All 5 bathrooms were elegantly designed with bespoke floor and wall tiles.
